GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General provisions

1.1. These general terms and conditions of sale ("GTC") govern the sale of SYHA cosmetic products on the website www.syha-paris.com ("the Site").

1.2. In order to be eligible to purchase products on the Site, customers must be at least 18 years of age or, in the case of minors, be duly authorized by their legal representative.

1.3. Before placing any order, customers are invited to expressly accept these GTC. These GTC may be subject to change. The GTC applicable to the order are the GTC posted on the date of the said order.

1.4 By ticking the corresponding boxes during the order or registration process on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted, without restriction or reservation, these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products

2.1. We take all reasonable professional steps to ensure that all product details, descriptions, images and pictures appearing on the Site are correct at the time the applicable information is entered into the system. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that such product details, descriptions and images are absolutely accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

2.3. The products described on the Site, as well as the corresponding samples that we may provide to the customer, are for personal use only.

3. Prices

3.1. All prices indicated on the Site take into account the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order, in the country where the order is placed. Delivery costs are indicated before finalization of the order.

3.2. Prices are subject to change. The applicable prices are the prices published on the Site on the date on which the customer placed the order.

3.3. Shipping costs are treated according to the amount of the order and its destination. They are calculated automatically during the ordering process on the Site.

4. Order & Delivery

4.1. Deliveries in Metropolitan France are made by the postal services or any other partner selected by SYHA. The order will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. If the address given by the buyer proves to be erroneous, or if the package is not picked up within the allotted time, SYHA cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery. The forwarding costs will then be at the expense of the customer.

4.2. Orders are generally processed within two (2) working day(s).

As of the processing of the order, the Products are generally delivered within the following time limits:

- delivery by Colissimo: 2-3 working days

In any event, the order is executed within a maximum period of thirty days from the day following that on which the customer validated his or her order.

4.3 In case of late delivery, the order is not cancelled. SYHA informs the customer by e-mail that the delivery will be delayed. The customer can then decide to cancel the order by registered letter or e-mail.

In case the order has not yet been shipped, the order will be blocked and the client will be refunded any amounts debited within 14 days following receipt of the cancellation notice by SYHA.
If the order has already been shipped when SYHA receives the cancellation notice from the customer, the customer can still cancel the order by refusing the package. SYHA will then proceed to reimburse the sums debited and the return costs paid by the customer within 15 (fifteen) days following receipt of the return of the refused package complete and in its original condition.
SYHA therefore declines all responsibility in the event of excessive delivery time due to postal services, as well as in the event of loss of the Products ordered or postal services strike. It is specified that the risks of transport are borne by the Buyer.

5. Payment

The payment of purchases is made by credit card. The Site is subject to one of the most efficient security systems at the present time, the universal SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption process.

The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement. In case of refusal of the said centers, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer notified by e-mail.

6. Complaint & Right of withdrawal

Upon receipt of the Products ordered, the Customer shall check the conformity of said Products. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or broken Product, damaged parcel...) must be indicated by the client on the receipt presented by the Post Office at the time of delivery of the parcel and must imperatively be notified to SYHA's customer service department by e-mail addressed to contact@syha-paris.com or by post at SYHA 10, place Vendôme 75001 PARIS. Any claim made after a period of 7 days will be rejected and SYHA will be released from all responsibility.

Moreover, this right will not apply if :

- the articles are returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer,
- the items are not returned intact with their labels in their original packaging ,

SYHA will not be responsible for the loss, misdelivery or delay in delivery of a product, as the risks of transport chosen by the customer rest with him/her.


7. Dispute Resolution

These GTC and the contractual relationship between SYHA and the client are subject to French law. The language of this contract is the French language.

In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of resolution of the dispute through mediation, the latter will be brought before the competent French courts.


8. Personal information

SYHA undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information communicated by buyers and visitors to the site. This information is confidential.

It will only be used by its internal services to process the order and to reinforce and personalize communication, in particular through information letters / e-mails, as well as to personalize the site according to the preferences of the users.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and the RGPD, the customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning him/her. To exercise this right, the buyer must address his request to SYHA by e-mail or by mail.

6. Complaint & Right of retraction
